2. Tickets, payment and confirmation
What your ticket includes
A Daily Pass provides live access to your selected day and six months of access to that day’s recordings.
A Standard Pass provides live access to all three days and six months of access to recordings from those days.
Sessions are delivered in English unless otherwise stated. Programme times use Estonia time: EET / UTC+2.
Separate courses, workshops and practice programmes are included only where expressly stated in your ticket description.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable taxes. Any additional charges will be clearly shown before payment. Early Bird prices apply until the deadline stated on the Tickets page.
Payment is due in full when you book and is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment-card details.
Booking confirmation and access
Your booking is confirmed when we send your confirmation email. We will provide a copy of these terms with your confirmation, or in another format you can save.
Access instructions will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check that address carefully, including your spam folder, and contact us if your confirmation or access details do not arrive.
Personal use and transfers
Each ticket is for one person. Please keep your access links and login details private.
You may transfer your ticket by emailing us at least seven business days before the Forum begins, with the replacement participant’s name and email address. Please obtain their permission before sharing their details. We will confirm the transfer by email.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays.
3. Cancellations, refunds and programme changes
If you cancel
We offer a full refund if you notify us within 14 calendar days of purchasing your ticket, without needing to give a reason.
Email sowarigpaf@gmail.com, or use the withdrawal form. Please include your name and booking reference or purchase email so we can identify your booking. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
After this period, tickets are normally non-refundable, although the transfer option in section 2 remains available. This does not affect any statutory withdrawal rights or rights arising from cancellation, significant changes or failure to provide the services purchased.
Programme changes
Occasionally, a speaker, session time or presentation may change. We will communicate significant changes as promptly as possible.
Minor adjustments do not normally qualify for a refund. If a change substantially affects the nature or value of what you booked, we will explain the available options, including an appropriate refund where applicable.
Cancellation or postponement
If we cancel the Forum, we will refund your ticket payment in full.
If we postpone it, you may choose to attend on the new dates or receive a full refund. If only part of the Forum is cancelled, we will offer an appropriate refund for the affected part, without limiting any further rights you may have.
How refunds are paid
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving a valid cancellation or withdrawal notice, or notifying you of our cancellation. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee.
Refunded tickets no longer provide access to live sessions or recordings.
4. Online access and recordings
Technical requirements
You will need a suitable device, a stable internet connection and any software or account identified on the Tickets page. We will explain relevant technical requirements before purchase.
Please contact us promptly if you experience access problems. Problems arising solely from your own equipment or internet connection do not normally qualify for a refund.
If a failure in our service prevents access, we will take reasonable steps to restore it and provide an appropriate remedy. This may include replacement access, an extension, rescheduling or a refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
Recording access
Forum presentations and discussions will be recorded. Recordings covered by your ticket will be available by 15th February 2027
Your six-month viewing period begins when we notify you that those recordings are available. We will confirm the access expiry date by email.
Recordings may be edited for clarity, privacy or technical reasons. If a substantial part of the promised recording service cannot be provided, we will explain the available remedy.
Your participation in recordings
You may attend with your camera and microphone switched off. We will provide a way to submit questions privately to the moderator for discussion without identifying you.
We will ask for separate consent before recording an identifiable contribution from you. Any proposed use of your identifiable contribution in public promotional material or published transcripts will also require separate permission.
Buying a ticket does not, by itself, constitute consent to these uses. Our Privacy Policy explains how recording-related personal data is handled and how to withdraw consent.
Use of materials
Recordings and materials are provided for personal, non-commercial learning. Please do not record sessions, capture other participants, share access, or reproduce or distribute materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
You are welcome to take personal written notes. Downloads are permitted where we expressly provide a download option.
5. Respectful participation
We welcome questions, differing perspectives and thoughtful discussion. Please explain the reasoning or experience behind your views and engage respectfully with others.
Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, repeated disruption and unauthorised sharing of private information are not acceptable. Please do not disclose identifiable patient information or another person’s confidential circumstances.
We may moderate contributions or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the Forum. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and give an opportunity to resolve it. Serious misconduct may require immediate removal.
Any decision about refunds following removal will take account of the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Educational content and participation in practices
The Forum provides education and exchange about Sowa Rigpa, yoga, breath and meditation. Presentations reflect the perspectives of their contributors.
Forum content is not individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and participation does not establish a clinical relationship. Please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about personal health concerns.
Participation in any movement, breathing, chanting or meditation practice is optional. You may observe without joining in. Follow the teacher’s guidance, practise within your limits and stop if you feel unwell.
If you are pregnant, have a health condition or are unsure whether a practice is suitable, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional beforehand. These provisions do not exclude any responsibility that we have under applicable law.
7. Intellectual property and privacy
Intellectual property
The Forum’s name, branding, website content, recordings and teaching materials remain the property of their respective rights holders, including Sowa Rigpa Open University, speakers, authors and artists, as applicable.
Your ticket grants personal access to the content described in your booking. It does not transfer ownership or permission to teach from, commercially distribute or republish that content.
Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR.
The policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which service providers receive it, how long it is retained and how to exercise your rights.
8. Responsibility, complaints and applicable law
Our responsibility
We are responsible for providing the services described in your booking with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Events beyond our reasonable control
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control disrupt the Forum, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to reduce the disruption. These circumstances do not remove the cancellation and refund commitments set out above or your statutory rights.
Questions and complaints
Please email sowarigpaf@gmail.com with your booking details and a description of the issue. We will respond to complaints within 15 calendar days. If more time is necessary, we will explain why and when you can expect a substantive response.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, eligible consumers may refer it to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. You also retain the right to use any other dispute-resolution procedure or court available under applicable law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence where applicable.
Updates
We may update these terms for future bookings. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing booking.
